Atlas C350 high-speed automatic creaser/folder is a fully automated, user-friendly solution for printing finished products. It comes with durable creasing matrices and can be quickly changed without any hassle.
Atlas C350 ensures an easy setup process. You need to input the sheet length, weight, and fold type with the user-friendly color touchscreen. Once you provide the inputs, the Atlas C350 will automatically determine the crease positions.
Operators can employ pre-set creases or store an endless number of personalized tasks. The vacuum infeed loads from the top adjust independently, and the feed table extension can accommodate sheets measuring up to 51” in length.
The standard attributes of this machine comprise an in-line rotary perforation system, enabling creasing, perforating, and folding in one operation. It features a durable metal design and is small, ideal for production environments with limited space.

Easy-to-use Mechanism – The Atlas C350 delivers fast creasing and folding in a single pass. The sheets pass through the flexible creasing matrix and the patented floating knife folding mechanism. The C350 is equipped with fast-change creasing matrices that are easily replaceable within a few seconds.
Color Touchscreen Facility – Users can easily set up the machine with a 7” color touchscreen control panel featuring clear icons and a user-friendly design. You need to fill in the sheet length, weight, and fold type, and the Atlas C350 will instantly determine the crease positions and adjust them accordingly.
Automated Workflow – The top-loading vacuum infeed can automatically adjust and handle media stacks as high as 7.9”. With the feed table extension, it can manage sheets measuring up to 51” in length. The Atlas C350 also features optical sensors that control sheet separation and monitor the float zone and required adjustments.
Advanced Outfeed Process – The Atlas C350 boasts a dual outfeed setup, including a fully automated belt stacker for folded sheets and a catch tray. It allows the stacking of sheets measuring up to 35” in length. With both outfeed options accessible at all times, users can easily choose either crease or fold tasks.
