Formax FD 6104 - Overview

Introducing the hi-tech and compact new age folder and inserter FD 6104, equipped with two fully automatic sheet feeders and one automatic insert/BRE feeder. With this, it offers a high capability of producing 1,350 envelopes per hour. It is also able to handle documents up to 14” in length. That’s not all, to meet the bulk demand of any fast-paced work environment, the folder and inserter offers a duty cycle, of up to 5,000 pieces per month.

To increase user convenience, the FD 6140 comes with a 5” full-color touchscreen control panel. The control panel works as a user guide and provides necessary instructions. The panel uses wizard-based software which helps in easy setup and smooth operational works. One of the unique features of this folder and inserter is that one can save jobs here, and with this panel, the user can access those saved jobs. The right part of the home screen guides towards the saved jobs while the bold icons state the feeder status for the next work.
